Kapuso vixen Katrina Halili was chosen to star in the movie remake of "Miss X", orinally played by Vilma Santos.

Octo Arts Films bought the rights for the remake of the classic Vilma Santos movie and Orly Ilacad (Head of Octo Arts Films) wants Katrina Halili to play the role.

Aside from Miss X, Katrina is also doing the Metro Manila Film Fest 2008 entry “One Night Only” together with kapamilya sexy stars Roxanne Guinoo, Angelica Panganiban and Valerie Concepcion.

One Night Only is also a production of Octo Arts Films and to be helmed by award-winning director Jose Javier Reyes.
