Dr. Manuel Calayan, also known as "doctors-to-the stars", is facing a P26-million lawsuit from Fil-American Louem Martinez, who claimed his penis was disfigured after the famous doctor conducted a penis enlargement procedure on him.

Dr. Manny and his wife Pie Calayan filed a counter-affidavits at the office of Makati Assistant City Prosecutor Dennis Rafa.

Dr. Mannny, who performed the operation, said he had sufficiently informed Martinez about the risks of the procedure and that he advised the patient to refrain from having sex until he recovers from the operation.
