The love team of Richard Gutierrez and KC Concepcion is too good to be true because they came from two warring rival networks. If it becomes possible they will be the "Romeo and Juliet" of Philippine Showbiz.

Apparently, GMA Films offered a proposal for a joint venture with Star Cinema for the Richard Gutierrez/KC Concepcion movie. This was confirmed by Malou Santos, managing director of Star Cinema, at KC Concepcion’s contract signing at 9501 restaurant.

Malou Santos said that the possibility for the Richard/KC movie is very clear. They just need to think it over if they will accept the proposal of GMA Films.

“There are a lot of business opportunities na puwedeng gawin together, not necessarily magsama,” Santos said. So if they accept the proposal, it’s going to be a joint project of Star Cinema and GMA Films, a feat that will be written in the Philippine movie history.

So far, they are looking for possible leading men for KC as her contract with Star Cinema involves 3 movies.
