GMA has aired the birthday special of Regine Velasquez Sunday night, April 27, 2008. Entitled "Best of Me", the musical featured the mansion of Asia's Songbird's in Guiguinto, Bulacan inspired by the koreanovela "Full House."

Special guests are Jay-R and Kyla.
