Gerry Peñalosa is still the WBO bantamweight champion after the referee stopped the fight against Thai challenger Ratanachai Sor Vorapin this morning, at the “Invasion: Philippines versus the World” which was held at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City. Peñalosa knocked down Vorapin in the 8th round.
