Regine Velasquez declared on SOP's live episode on March 2, 2008 that she will remain a Kapuso and will never leave GMA-7 again if ever a bigger offer comes her way in the future. Asia's Songbird also explained to the audience and televiewers in a 6-minute speech the reasons why she almost transfer to ABS-CBN and why she decided to stay with GMA-7. Looks like GMA was able to stop Regine from transferring to ABS-CBN. However, Ara Mina (which already has a role in “Prinsesa ng Banyera“) and her sister Cristine Reyes, are now visible on ABS-CBN shows like Wowowee and ASAP. Rumor has it that Wendell Ramos is next.
