ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation filed a 27-page defense on Tuesday with regards to claims made by GMA Network that it distorted the facts from the AGB Nielsen's affidavit.

The defense was in response to the defamation case filed by GMA Network against ABS-CBN, its executives and talents after the network allegedly aired news reports considered libelous to GMA-7.
