The Silver Screen Awards in the 19th Singapore Film Festival is all about Asian cinema. For the 6 trophies at stake, 2 were awarded to the Philippines through Elijah Castillo (Pepot Superstar) as Best Actor and the movie “Todo Todo Teros” which won the NETPAC/FIPRESCI award. The Best Film of the festival goes to Japan’s “It’s Only Talk.”
