“Kiko Boksingero” is an entry by Thop Nazareno to the 13th Cinemalaya Independent Film Festival. It stars Yayo Aguila, Yul Servo, and former “The Voice Kids” contestant Noel Comia Jr.

SYNOPSIS:

After the death of his mother, an 11-year-old boy was left alone with his nanny Diday and
tries to reconnect with his estranged father George, a has-been boxer. Filling the gap of the time lost, the
father and son bonds through their shared love for boxing.

The 13th Cinemalaya Philippine Independent Film Festival will be held on August 4-13, 2017.
