Jan Kurt started singing when he was in 2nd year high school. This guy, who knows a lot of sports–from tennis to judo, is a first-timer when it comes to singing competitions. In the Top 24, he breezed his way to the finals as he was among the first four who garnered the most votes that time na “nag-pataas ng kilay sa ibang tao.” Many believed his slot should have been Gian or Ramirr’s but on his performance last week with Ryan C’s “Tuwing Umuulan”, he has proven that he deserves to be in the Final 12. Francis M was even reinforced with his thinking that the first Philippine Idol will come from the male category. Ryan Cayabyab commented “meron ka pala e bakit di mo pinakita before!”
